"TOPPOKI SUSHI", as the name suggest itself is a combination of the popular Korean food "Toppoki" which is made of a rice cake and the "Sushi", a Japanese food consisting of cooked vinegared rice along with other ingredients. We will put a little twist on the menu by putting the Toppoki rice cake inside the sushi instead of the regular zucchini and crab meat. The different presentation of the food plus it's unique taste will be the main reason our target customers will be drawn in it.
